We had two wonderful Youth Group meetings in October. On the 1st we had dinner at Wilson’s followed by mini golfing at the Red Putter. On the 15th we met at church for The Great Immanuel Bake Off (well, really cake decorating). Each team chose a bible story to represent – The Garden of Eden, Noah’s Ark, Parting of the Red Sea & Fishers of Men. They worked really well together and did an awesome job putting their creativity into each cake! We had a great turnout both nights and it’s been wonderful to see some new faces joining us this year.
November has a lot of fun in store. On the 2nd, Randy Franke has invited us to his house after church for a bonfire, apple
cider making and wagon rides. On the 5th, we’ll be having a Family Night at 5:30 along with the bible school families to pack
the shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. We’ll also be meeting on the 19th at 6 pm.
Any students in grades 6-12 in our community are welcome to join us! Please reach out to one of us if you have any questions.
